:usaflag: A hour with the V

:detecting: Went tot-loting with the Vaquero after dropping my wife off at a meeting. Hunted about a hour. Meet two other detector hunters while I was out. I knew one of them and did not know that he hunted. The other was knew to me. One uses a BH and the other a Garrett and a Whites. Neither one had ever seen a Tesoro. I know how hard it is to find jewelry, but a gold ring I found recently is worth at least a couple hundred Quarters and I am getting a quit a few pieces of jewelry. I don't show my good jewelry on the forum, because of something that happened to me a few times. Like I have said before I give back anything that can be identified or someone can give me a accurate description of it without seeing it first in my picture. Bill In Texas

Yes, the Tesoros will hot the small stuff

I know what you mean about not wanting to post good jewelry. A friend who has been detecting for a long time tells of when he found and worked on returning a ring. As soon as he showed up at the door to hand the ring over he was met by the police and accusations that he stole it. He has never tried to return a ring again.
Nice hunting Bill.
