Anticipating a great hunt today I was in the water a bit too early and had to be careful I didn't get wet from the water being a little too deep.

4 hours later I headed home with two more gold rings (both man-sized, 10K and lots bigger than yesterday's little girl's rings), a silver ring, two Mercs and some clad coins and a dozen pennies (like yesterday).

95 targets recovered with junk and keepers close in number.

Mr. Dual Field, Diablo and this Old Hunter had a real workout and I was ready to call it a day!!

GL&HH Friends,

Definitely old rings and typical for their style in that they are both 10K which is common for these rings.

Well Bob I only have to dig up a few more pounds Friend!

The area where I hunt is fairly small, but I carefully hunt every square foot of it!!

SD, the only thing "fantastic" about all this is that I'm still doing it!!!!

Not many Older Hunters out there who have been genetically blessed with ablilties I call on every time I water hunt!

I'm grateful and will keep hunting until called to that final event, the great hunt here-after!!

Thats the thing about Cupajo, I dont think he has gold fever much at all, I just think he likes to hunt, and gold gives him a completely understandable and valid excuse to do it! Heres another thing, he is very good at finding it, the search and focus of golds soft tone has made him one heck of a hunter for all items metallurgical. Cheers to Cupajo! :buds:

Mudd, yesterday's hunt netted a silver Rosie, some sinkers and a few clad in bad shape out of 86 targets recovered!!

Only way I know to find the good stuff is to find a spot where it should be and keep diggin!!:)
