Got in an early 2 1/2 hour water hunt this AM before the storm is supposed to start slapping New England around!!

33 targets recovered with this little surprise being the highlight of the hunt!!

1-quarter, 3-dimes and enough pennies to bring the total to 65 cents.

My first change purse although I have recovered a wallet with money, driver's license etc. in it.

Great find, I would of liked to find something like that while I was at the Beaches in Fla. back in March. I ended up with nothing to show for my efforts.

nice find I went beach hunting march 8 and found a change purse with 3.00 in change. IT ALWAY NICE TO FIND ALL THAT CHANGE IN ONE SCOOP. Keep up the good hunting. JimCVA

"Change purses" were very common years ago, but in recent years they aren't all that common.

It was an interesting experience to find it in my sifter and carefully explore its contents,
