US Mint coin modernization 2nd report

Brief write up of the ongoing research by the US Mint on "considering" the composition change of US coinage from CoinWeek. One line was interesting,


"Also, increased demand for quarters managed to replace the seignorage lost when the golden dollar coin ceased to be minted for circulation."

Of course, I for one would love to see millions of dollar coins in circulation, but I'll take more quarters to:bouncy:
