found this today and not sure what it is any help would be appreciated thanks bryan
 
Looks like the pin the army wears on their class A uniforms. Or one of the uniform pins, I not exactly sure with the army uniforms, I do know they wear the U.S. pin on one. Not sure of the time period either, I think its changed now.
