US Air Force Button Spill

Hi everyone.

In late January through the early part of February I did a lot of metal detecting with my new Whites MXT. For the most part I detected in my front and back yard. I was surprised to see how much my other two detectors missed and how much the MXT picked up. I was happy to see how well the MXT was at picking up small buttons. Buttons are some of my favorite finds, so this was definitely good to see. The MXT definitely detects deeper and is good at picking up small targets at good depths. It was early February and I was metal detecting in my front yard when I got a good signal. I dug down about 9 inches and found an old button. I stuck the Pro Pointer back into the hole and got another signal. I ended up pulling 4 buttons out of the same hole!!! These buttons turned out to be old United States Air Force buttons from the early 1940's. I had a great couple of hunts with my Whites MXT and I can tell it is going to be a great year!
