HEY PETE!!!I HAVE A PLACE NOT VERY FAR FROM YA-IN WEST BRANCH!!!AS A MATTER OF FACT,I WILL BE UP THERE THIS WEEKEND-IM HEADED TO TAWAS BEACHES TO DO SOME WADER DETECTING,AND DETECTING A CO-WORKERS HOUSE/YARD THERE-SMALL WORLD,AS THEY SAY!!Maybe we can meet up when I am on vacation in July-What do ya think???

We have inspection on this place Saturday (not being done by a real inspector - the buyer's uncle). They already made an offer that we accepted and they have a pre-approved mortgage. Hoping there is no problems with anything between now and the closing which is supposed to be sometime the last week of April.
I found out today that the owner up at Houghton Lake has accepted our offer on the place there. (All the way from $42,900 that he started with he is accepting $32,000. Now tell me that ain't God working for us or what?)
So as soon as this place closes and we get the money we head up north and close on the other place and then become highway travellers til everything is moved - including all these brids - yikes LOL.
