I'm still a little winded from exerting myself but the exercion is necessary as this morning I found I could hardly put any pressure on my left leg and am now using a cane for support for that leg to walk with.
Past history of the family is I had a grandmother who had lost both an arm and a leg due to diabetes - she died when they were going to take the remaining leg. I have not been told that I have diabetes but might explain some of the following conditions.
This leg has a rash that has never gone away at the ankle. Never got bigger or smaller but sometimes itched til it was bleeding from me scratching it. Doctors looked at it many times but never did or said anything more about it. This is the same leg a spider had bitten once and first the lower calf area got hard as a rock and the next day both lower and upper leg muscles were rock hard. Got a shot and that took care of the poison from the spider bite. Then when I went into the hospital back in September there is a large vein that the doctor said was dead and that he thought the embolisms that had gone into my lungs came from that vein. Maybe it was the spider bite that killed the vein???
As I got up this morning at 4 a.m. and realized how much it has changed over night, I am mentally thinking of what life would be like if they have to amputate the leg - or should to keep further embolisms from breaking loose and entering my lungs, heart or even brain.
Though God is with me and whatever happens happens for His glory, it would kinda bum me out knowing that now I finally have the motorcycle and may soon join the Bikers 4 Christ ministry...that would not happen. I would not give up metal detecting if I can do that but maybe it too would have to be a thing of the past. It cetainly would make me as slower target for Sherry's EX if he decided to do something very stupid.
Will be heading to the medical clinic this morning after Sherry is up and about. She doesn't know yet and this will be to her yet one more injustice in this world while people like her EX thrive on being pampered.
Well, I hate to keep asking for prayer but as you see I am once again asking my brothers and sisters in Christ for prayer. Whatever God wants to happen it will according to His plan and I can and will live with that.
