Hi everyone and I want to thank you for your prayers....but God had other plans for me, as like the saying goes, the best laid plans of mice and men go astray....and I believe God's hand was in it! I've been feeling bad for three days, especially Sat and Sun, the days I planned to go visit my sister and see the property. Each day I called her and said maybe tomorrow...On Sunday she called me and I was sicker than ever, soooooooo no go....and haven't been down! Well, I called the real estate lady to let her know why I hadn't been down to see the property and couldn't get through twice because of busy signals! I have emailed her today and gave her my story and the whys......I think the property, without someone living there with me, would be too much for me to handle and too far from Rolla and my sister...which I found out lives 15 miles from Rolla instead of ten....which I thought! So, about 30 miles more or less to run back and forth to see her and do things together would be too much with the gas prices so high!!
Therefore, I believe my Lord has shown me that I should stay here at least until Spring and then the D part of Medicare would kick in through Medicare Complete of United Health without an extra monthly payment starting Jan 1, 2006 and then if I just have Medicare by moving I'll not have to pay a penalty to be on the D part for prescriptions! This information came to me Sat and God works in mysterious ways.....sickness isn't from Him, but He allows certain trials to happen for our good, if we will just heed what He is telling us!
I had a nice day, Sunday, even with the illness, for my two brothers called me and also my sister. My brother in FL said the property sure sounded nice, but he isn't planning on coming right now unless things change down his way! I told him he could always move up here, and he said I know....if his money problems get worse and he wants to visit all his grandchildren before moving out of Florida should he do so!
Sorry, this is so long and whether I get to see the property before it has a contract and visit my sister soon will be when I get to feeling better and able to drive!
