Changed coil to another coil 5.3 concentric with identical results. There is a problem with the main circuit board as I suspected. Does anyone know the tech support number for Whites? Thanks, Marty

Here is a link:

They will get it fixed fast for you. When you get to the page on the link scroll down to "customer Repair Form" Fill it out and send to Sweet Home. Here is a number, Call and talk to Mary. 1.800.547.6911

I've had mine recalibrated a few years back and the turn around is quite fast. Well worth every penny and works like new!

White's will definitely get it mended and back to you quickly with top-notch service. Thanks for letting us know what the issue was.

Probably a stupid question at this point, but have you pulled the batt. while on to do a reset?

Ron, That's not a stupid question at all. I've done that a few times myself and it resets itself.

I mostly go beach hunting with the Soverign GT but need my mxt ready for the parks. My best find this year is a diamond Tiffany watch $5500.

Oh yeah! Did you post pictures of the watch? I missed it if so. Congratulations!

I did not because it was found with my Gt on wet sand. I did not post it anywhere. We are picking it up from tiffanys tomorrow. I had it cleaned adjusted and polished. I can post after tomorrow if you would like to see it.

Marty, I would LOVE to see it. That's so cool. It's always nice to find that "once in a lifetime" find! Congratulations again! HH, Nancy

Called the 800 number for Whites, people very prompt and courteous. They said they could not repair it at the nearest facility in panhandle of Florida since I live in Florida. I have to send it back to the Factory for calibration - that is the problem with the unit. Was told a 5 day turn around after receiving the unit. It should be fine after a little TLC maybe better than new! We shall see. Thanks for the link and number. Pretty smooth operation. Marty
