Unusual Park Find

Went back to the same park across the street from my house that I checked last week. Found a couple more wheaties and some more clad in the sand box. The dirt is usually way too hard to dig here in AZ local parks so I usually stick sand box or wait for a decent rain to soften up the ground. To my surprise at about 7" right up against the concrete surronding the box I found a Superior Tools pipe cutter that appears to be in practically new condition. Sort of hard to imagine why it was there.

That is an unusual find in a spot like that. If there is any playground equitment there, maybe it was used for cutting the pipe. HH jim tn

The playground was put in 12 years ago but if the cutter had been there that long it should have had a lot of rust on it...at least on the screw threads. Also it was burried pretty deep. I can't see it sinking 7" in a short amount of time as we get very little rain here.

Keeping it to use was my thoughts exactly....I checked on Amazon and found the price was $30. Can always use a good pipe cutter every now and then.
