on the cibola how do you tell difference on low tone or high tone?the new one i have is much louder than the last tesoro i had.?? DOES IT HAVE A HIGHER PITCH?:confused:---cjm
 
You can call or email Tesoro, let them know the serial number and I'm sure they can tell you.

Look on youtube and compare.
I've only heard the standard tone, like on mine.
Wish someone like TESORO would provide a comparison.
Can't understand why they haven't done that yet...it would surely be in their best interest.

POLEWAGGER is right. If you check out some of the videos on YouTube you can get an idea of what tone you have. Just type Vaquero or Cibola and some good videos should come up. Just compare your tone to the ones in the videos. I think with very little exception, they are low tone MD's.
 
I too would love to hear what the high tone sounds like. So far though, the stock tone sounds good to me. Love that crisp staccato sound!
