I want to get in good shape for my debut as a professional "full time beeper' next winter.
I've been dieting and mild exercising, (walking for an hour), for a year now.
I was about 212 when I started, a roll of dough around the middle, face getting round and puffy, etc. THIS morning I hit the scale, and FINALLY!!!
I was 180#. Can I hear an AMEN!!!
I finally tried the El and Em diet. It's the only one that works.
What is it you ask? Well, you eat LESS and exercise MORE. Thats all it takes.
My blood sugar dropped back to around normal too. No more three pills a day, as long as I eat sensibly, and get a little activity in every day.
So, look for me on the beaches starting next december. I'll be the guy with the semi- six pack stomach, slim waist, and white hair.
I'll be swinging an Excal too. LOL
Don't mean to run off like a woodpecker with the runs, but it does feel good to get down there. HH. Jim.
