Unreal happening Weather related

When severe weather starts up, our news channels move to complete coverage.
This is tornado warnings, and some times severe flooding ..........

Can you believe some people have complained to the stations because they choose to put safety first over Bones or 24 fictional TV shows..

Really !!

I just wonder how self centered those idiots are.............. if one life is saved, or one person isn't hurt it was and is effective coverage.
I for one want to thank all the television stations for wall, to wall coverage during severe storms..

and for those clowns who complain................... Come on ..be realistic don't be a moron....

Hard to believe some people don't want their goofy reality show interupted by severe weather reports.

We had some severe weather here lately where the cable weather channel was the only place to go for information. Then as usual during a heavy downpour, the satellite reception ceases to exist. OK, tune into the local over the air tv stations, nothing but goofy reality shows which if real lucky can catch a weather crawler at the bottom of the screen but no radar maps.

I picked up one of those weather radios a few years ago which alerts when severe weather is in the local area.
Problem solved, but i still like seeing a real time radar map. A picture is worth a thousand words.

Oh yea there are other ways to monitor the weather............... I just can not believe the self centered would not want the TV stations to warn people..
We were talking TORNADOS .. All they worried about was their TV program....... They should be ashamed of themselves..But the self serving, self centered, never are. It's always about them...
They could care less about anyone else........ then they cry babied to the TV Stations.......WAA,WAA,WAAA.........

Kinda like the guy we all have run across detecting..He detects where he wants to .No matter if it's private property without permission ... and he cares less except about himself...

Common sense isn't so common anymore . But let that Tornado land on their house during a re-run of some stupid reality show , and they'll be looking for the good ole government to come re-build their house for them. Also , you might better be careful about upsetting those Moron's ,, I think they outnumber us now .

Not only do the self centered idiots want their shows they actually believe that those "Reality" Shows have something to do with reality. If life was one crisis after another then I might have a little faith that the shows were worth watching. I can usually tolerate about 10 minutes of their BS before I have to change the channel. I find it sad that the entertainment industry can not produce a better quality product.

hawgdawg you hit the "nail on the head" Common sense is becoming a rare quality these days. There are some in our society that have become "dumbed" down to where they can't think for themselves anymore and want gov't to take care of all their issues. Television is nice but it is also an outlet for social control and even considered a mind control "drug". What happen to the days of taking a walk out in nature and enjoying the outdoors? People need to get out from behind the tv and take a walk and get some fresh air. Well, not when there is a tornado. Too many morons living among us? Yep I have to agree. Back in 1925 they would of loved to have had the warnings we have today. Fast forward to 2014 - now we have clowns calling and complaining to restore their favorite tv show and who cares if there is a F5 tornado blowing around outside. Only if we can take those who complained about "too much weather coverage" bring them back in a time machine...

The Tri State Tornado
Missouri, Illinois and Indiana
March 18, 1925
Death Toll: 625

The worst tornado in US history began in southeastern Missouri, crossed through southern Illinois, and then turned into southwestern Indiana. The 625 deaths more than doubled the second deadliest tornado in US history. More than 2,000 were injured. Property damage was assessed at $16.5 million, which would be $1.7 billion in today
