Unmasking ability

Very good going very slow with a small coil. I've dug many keeper targets that were deep and had rusted iron in the hole. Takes some patience. Joe

it's good at separation deep in the ground too, not just close to the surface like some machines I know.

That is the coil I tend to use when I am in trashy sites and with a Double-D design, you gain seperation going smaller but really do not loose much in terms of depth. YOu should be able to hit an 8" silver dime with the 6x8 in most areas.

Andy

As usual. The 8x6sef is awesome in trashy spots. My favorite coil. Joe

must say it is amazing just like he said it would be.
I dug my first 9" deep coin with it yesterday...a barber dime. He said he also really likes the 6 x 8 SEF coil but for the best average of depth/separation capabilities...he opts for the 6". I have done extremely well at going back over the trashy spots at my sites with it and am shocked at what the 6" has found that the stock coil missed.:yikes: Regardless of what small coil you choose...just make sure you do try one.
