Howdy--

This coin belongs to a friend of mine and identifying it has me pulling my hair out - and I don't have much to spare hahah. My first thought was that it is an 1861 Mexican quarter real but I couldn't find a match. It's 1 and a quarter inch in diameter and of copper composition. Anyone know what it is? Thanks!
