Morning everyone!!
Well here i am again posting my finds, soon as i buy a camera i can do better at showing my items! i picked a local park which i knew had older items found in it , but todays finds were different for me. All i did was walk along the sidwalk area on one side an wander the park area looking with my AT -pro.
Items of interest:: 33 pennies
3 dimes
1 quarter
1 nickel
now the fun stuff, found a AAA safety patrol badge i believe dated in 1950- 1960s about 2 inches down.
found a 12 gauge brass( winchester repeater) about 2inches down, dated from what i can find 1896- 1927 what was really neat was the( box it came in was going for $1,056 on an auction) site WoW!!!
found a part of an old horse shoe not sure what it was doing in the location i found it, but made for a suprising day of unique finds.
found also 1 sinker about 1 oz.
found one bullet not to old but different.
Well !!! another great day of hunting an going out again this morning to hunt for more at the same park. This is also the same park i got the AA medallion in an ring.

Remember back in the day, especially if your curbs along the road are square shaped, that they would have rings inbedded in them every few 10 yards or so, to tether horses too...People would park their carriages just like you park your car...
Some interesting finds, and your right...some of those old brass shells are worth a bunch!
