Unique find.....not sure what it is?

I found this small sterling silver birth record bell yesterday. Not real sure what it is, never seen one before. The pictures look yellowish, but it's silver! Rang up a solid TID 40, thought it would be a ring. It has the date of birth on the front and initials on the back. Has anyone ever seen one of these?

Hi Bill,

Sorry dont know , a birth memento ?
- but it sure is beautiful.
Congratulations

Yea, Cool Beans!!!! Let's see, 4-27-28, yep, they might still be alive. It would be fun to find out!!!!!!!

Sterling is stamped on the back above the initials at the very top and also stamped on the outside of the hook.

That's a very interesting and neat find..................WTG! Hawkeye Jim.

At least that what some are listed as on eBay. I won't put up a link to eBay. But if you search for that item description, or do a google search, you'll find it.
