Union Pacific Train locomotive..............

New member
Took this picture yesterday of this train locomotive. I did a Google Search and found out that as of January 1, 2008, Union Pacific had 8,595 locomotives on its active roster. Kelley (Texas) :)

Nice one Kelly. It seems that not too many people know about this forum, or they are just to interested in detecting.....lol.......NGE

year or two of neglect took its toll. Also, this is a metal detecting based forum and photography is second in interest & importance. I do wish that more folks would post some pictures and help make this an interesting and enjoyable forum to visit. Kelley (Texas) :)

Well, over on T-Net, their photo forum is doing awesome.........I don't post there much anymore since there are way too many tree huggers and animal rights whacko's. They don't post pics, just critisize others, then complain to the mods, mods don't even look at your pics and delete your whole post..screw 'em!......NGE

Anything of a political nature should be posted on the Views Forum. Everyone is welcomed here, we only ask that they show respect to their fellow members. Everyone are important people on this forum and should be treated with respect. Kelley (Texas) :)

Sorry...... I saw a unique looking tree rat (squirrel) near my house, 3 different colors red, black, and grey all mixed into one. When I took his pic, I didn't blow the pic up in P.S. but when I posted the pic, you could clearly see (with magnification) that the critter looked like he got into a fight with his Mrs. He was pretty ragged looking, found out later it was very bad case of mange, and I told some people that if I had seen this poor suffering creature out in the country instead of in the city, that I would have dispatched it. That's when an animal lover (that prefers to have it suffer) complained to the mods. The mod didn't even look at my pics, and deleted the whole post. the mod has since apologized to me, but to avoid stepping on anyone's toes, I no longer post any pics (treasure finds included) lord knows that there may be some worm and grubworm lovers out there:yikes:.......NGE
