UNEXPECTED ERROR ON CTX DISPLAY?

Like Gene said. This was a common error that was resolved by the firmware update..I don't recall hearin about anyone else having the problem afterwards.

I've gotten it when I've pressed the OFF pad before allowing the detector to implement the last command I had given it. On one occasion, I simply got in a hurry to shut it off. On the others, it was because I accidently pressed the wrong pad. Now that the pads have icons on them, and I realize what can happen if I get in too big of a hurry, I've avoided the situation. It happened to me a couple weeks back.
You need to download the disc change 2 into your computer. Then follow the instructions for hooking your detector into it.
I got thru it with no problems since. Good luck.
