Unexpected Egale button

u2robert

Well-known member
Found this egale button today which was unexpected & 4 wheats 1930, 1944 & 2 1945's
But I have found merc. dimes & that 1861 seated dime in the same area.
Does anyone have any idea the age of the button I'm ignorant when it comes to buttons
The shank still has blue cloth on it i was trying to pick it off with a toothpick cause It had dirt on it.
when I got the dirt off I could see cloth so i left it.
