unethical hunt or not

So I've got permission to hunt a church that's been turned into a home, pretty crazy hugh. I got to talking to the guy and I asked him if there was a graveyard out there to not to hunt but just out of curiosity. He said yeah there used to be but the stones and body have all been moved to another location. I don't see anything wrong with hunting it but I would like some feedback on it before I go dig. Thanks for the advice!

What a Opportunity!

An Old Church and They Moved The Bodies From The Cemetery?!`

YES GO DIGGING!!!!!!!!!

Good Luck and HH

there is two PARKS in my area that both used to be graveyards, all the bodies and stones were relocated......why would you NOT hunt it?? the bodies were moved!

Sounds like its not a cemetery any more so I wouldn't have any problem with searching the area.
You've got permission from the owner as well. Sounds like a great site. Good luck!

Mark

That's exactly what I wanted to hear! Just wanted to be sure I was going about this right. He has no problem with wherever I wanted to hunt I just want to keep with the code

It's just an old yard now. Go for it

have fun and tell us about your finds !!!

I know alot of old farms and homesites that have graves on them.
The indians used to bury their dead in the woods in large mounds here in the Northeast.
Some of us here were already in grave yards of some sort UNKNOWINGLY due to such circumstances.
So, if they move the bodies and the stones--it isn't hallowed ground any more.
Especially, if it is someone's house.

If all the bodies & grave markers have been removed and it is no longer a cemetery.---It is on private property & you have the land owners permission to hunt it---I would say go ahead & hunt away.------The way I would look at that situation is that I have (land owner) permission to hunt an area that is no longer a cemetery.

Yup, like everyone says I'd hunt it. Would you like some company?

You may find some stuff that rotted off of caskets, such as, hinges, handles, decorative stuff..........NAILS!......NGE

Think about this...Probably many people have died in just about every square foot of ground on this planet since man came into being. Many of those people who died probably were never taken away and buried by others, so in effect most ground is probably a grave yard in one way or another. Of course I'd never hunt a grave yard, but I've got no problem with hunting a place like you are talking about.

Okay

Just make sure you take as big a coil as you have to get as much depth as possible since you know some of the "things" will be somewhat deeper that usual.

No bodies + permission = fair game!!!

Thanks for all the feedback will be hunting it next weekend. Hope its not a flop. Will let you know how I turn out!
