Underwater Detector

Can anyone give me some ideas on which would be a good detector to get further out in the water? I'm swinging a Garrett Treasure Ace 300 now. I know they get up over $1000. A little more than the budget allows. Just looking for a middle of the road detector. Thanks for the help

I personally think that the Infinium LS would be the weapon of choice, or the excalabur 2. The excal is easier to operate, but the LS goes WAY deep for the older loot. Hope this helps. HH regards Nugget.

Theres a used excalabur 1000 2007 model with extras on the Metal Detecting Equipment Classified Forum on this sites with a lot of extras for 800.00 . sounds like a good prices. I know these are good units. Good Luck
