This brass item appears to have uncle sam on it. With the words ;eight hour law should be extended and on the back a man is carring something on his back with the words ;the fullest dinner pail. Can anyone tell me what this is, the age, and the value?
Thank you,
David

I believe this is a segment from a multi-piece or "ladder" style political watch fob. "Full Dinner Pail" (also "Full Dinner Bucket") was a campaign slogan used by William McKinley & Theodore Roosevelt in the 1900 presidential election.
Best of luck,
Buckram
