Unbelievable find at sledding park!!

Known as the local sledding hill in winter, I just decided to check around the bottom area, lots of clad and then a signal that seemed like a large object. I dug somewhere in the middle and found the middle of the chain, so I disected carefully pulling this mickey mouse pocket watch with full chain (stainless I imagine) it does not work, but may see if it could be fixed. I could not believe it was in such good shape, crystal and all...it has initials on the belt loop latch.....shocker!!

A great find!!! I bet with just a little work, someone could get that watch working for you!

That is an awesum find! i'd be anxious to know if it could be dated?

congrats and HH <Spider

That's a classic find sjohn, I'm sure a jeweler could get it in working condition for you, check to see if the mfg has a repair facility, I found a Fossil watch that had been buried for at least a year & sent it back to Fossil for cleaning/repairs, should have it back in a day or two. Thanks for sharing, HH

I think I am going to have it fixed...anything mickey mouse (especially different kinds like this) are usually worth a penny or two....but will probably keep this when done...I'm trying to find the age of this watch.. Thanks for looking!!
