ultrasonic coin cleaner ?

Hi all i was looking on ebay at the cheap ultrasonic coin cleaners has anyone used them and do they work ?i don't want to splash out a lot for one as a good 10 minute shake in vinegar and salt cleans them but leaves coins marked and dull looking .

John just had a great article published on the subject. Maybe he can post a link. Be careful what you clean. Cleaning collectable coins destroys their numismatic value. For example.

It was in the June Issue of Western and Eastern Treasures. They now own the article. If you email them, you can get a copy of the article.
