UFO (Found Unidentified Object)

Found yesterday - and after cleaning is does appear brass. Its about the size of a marble and is split so the two halves spin but wont separate because the shaft is expanded keeping the two halves together. The expanded pin (shaft) is recessed on one end but extruded on the other end. The ball halves like I say appear brass but the expanded pin ends appear brass with a little copper color. Maybe I need to throw it in the tumbler more.
I have no idea on what this could be, except I wish it was a gold nugget  that would sure brighten my day.
Seems like alignment marks - aligned together.

Here I spun the two halves offset a little as seen by the dark alignment marks where the two halves meet.

Like I say, I have no idea at all. The Bandido-II sniffed this one out yesterday - any ideas appreciated.

By golly you found a good one Tab!

Does it open up at all? Not really sure what it may be  Cool looking though! HH TonyTX

I'm still stumped after looking at it again! Maybe someone can identify it. I know I have never found anything like that one!! HH TonyTX :)

Here a pic of each end. I still have no idea so I guess it will be a UFO for now. Now if I ever find another one, I'll have a pair of brass - no wait !!! better not go there
