I have had a lot of requests on information on both units. I have some time today after work to do some more testing. I thought I would take it to a poll, as to which combination would work best. Please let me know.....
 
Hard call for me since I am interested in both the 5X8 DD and 9X12 concentric on the At Pro. So either way I am interested.

We I want to see just how much deeper penetration into the earth the All Metal Mode is going to give us with the big DD coil.......
 
Hi, I kinda find this an incongruous event lol.....I emailed Garrett days ago offering to do a field test on the new 5" X 8" DD coil......It was no surprise not to hear from them or to see someone do a test on one.....On the other hand I was kinda disappointed that no one even emailed me back with an answer.......Rodney Dangerfield "I Don't Get No Respect" comes to mind.......Here's a suggestion do a test on the bigger coil until I hear from Garrett.... lol....In conclusion I think you already know the answer to your question.....JJ

I want one to play with bad. Come on let us know how that all metal mode works. If you don't have time send it to me I would be glad to test it out. Hope there are some ready to ship. Not inpatient but I want mine yesterday.
 
John - How about the 5 x 8 DD vs the 6 x 9 concentric on the AT Pro? Lots of us already have the 6 x 9 and want to know how the new small coil performs in comparison. Thanks
