One obviously military. One Post Office, maybe? Ground is frozen, but I just got my first digital camera and am having fun with old treasures.

Anyone have a button ID book?

your larger button is a marines button the book that i have has a photo of the same one but its not a good enough photo to display for ya. however the book does say that ordnance and Navy's are scarce, but he Marine Corps are more scarce..........nice finds hope someone else can give you better info

The button on the right is a 20th-century US Marine Corp button.

To anyone who doesn't already know... the presence of an anchor doesn't necessarily mean it's a Navy emblem. If the eagle's head & neck significantly "droop downward" toward (or onto) the anchor it's a US Marines emblem.

And yes, the other button is a 20th-century Post Office Department button.
