just got the 11 inch coinsearch in the mail today....I am truly impressed...pinpoints good... a tad heavy but thats to be expected I guess as its so big...took it to a spot I felt I had done a pretty good job on....first target was a full 8 inches the 53 rosie....a couple deper memorials then at about 5 inches the 44 merc....to get results the first time out with that new coil made me real pleased.....the best 90 bucks I ever spent ...thanks for looking....

That was on E Bay, I was going to bid too and glad I didnt. I wanted to try one and see if it was a good as some say it was. Back in 1996 when I decided to use the Sovereign many were saying it wasnt that great, so I got the 12 inch SunRay Ultra depth and was very pleased with that one, but now several have said the 11 inch coinsearch is a good coil and had been thinking on try one as it is about the only coil I havent tried on the Sovereign.

Keep us informed on how it is working out for you.

I will do that so far I am real impressed..but I havent tried any other big coils, other than the 10 inch ..My first take is real good depth,on the 8 inch target the audio was still real crisp but the meter id never made it to 180..and the pinpointing is roughly the same as the 8 inch coinsearch,it was hard to figure it out at all..and I also notice where it could still seperate target real good.Overall I think a great coil...
