Two silvers in one day

Merc

New member
Sunday, I went back to a park where I have found a Barber and several Mercs before. I decided to give the Big Bud Pro SE a try with the 10" flat coil. Only managed to find one coin, but it was good one. A standing liberty quarter at about 5-6". Next I went to a park I've never hunted even though it's close by. The park itself is not old at all, however, the area it's in has been active for a very long time so I decided to give it a try. I mainly just searched an area beside the road close to where I parked. I found 1 Wheatie and a 1916 Merc plus some newer coins. I need to go back soon. Lots of area left to search.

Good finds Merc,

Nice silvers, did you check and see if there is a D mint mark on the reverse of the 1916 dime, that would be cool if it did.
