Two silver day. First the Seated Dime

jabbo

New member
and half hour later the Walking Liberty Half. Was shocked, haven't found a Walker in about 30 years. Both found in a cornfield, plus a Sunoco thing, button, and musket ball. The IH penny came from nearby woods.
Spent about 2 hours in this cornfield, my first time there. Should be more silver there, about 7 acres.

nice finds jabbo.... not all the silver is in the woods..lol .. looks like a very productive day... love those silvers.. Sunoco use to giveaway aluminum coins like that 1907 one back in the 1970s.. congrats and great finds...

I went to the woods today also. Did not do as good as you did. I got some clad on a trail. Than I got an 1897 Indian and a 1900 V nickel. I have both of in olive oil. They are in pretty bad shape.
I hope that helps to clean them up... KEN

That's a great day! Congrats!

Killer hunt - congrats !
