Two Silver and 1 Gold Ring

Went to a very large playground that I have not been at for a few months and hit pay dirt. I don't think it gets metal detected much because I found all kinds of goodies including about $10.00 in change. Found a Canadian dollar coin two Euro coins- one 2 cents and one 20 cents, and a Denmark coin marked 25. The two silver rings hit in the high 70's on the VDI meter. The kid's 10K gold ring hit at 8-10 and weighs 1.4 grams. I also found one of those flattened out pennies from the Seattle Museum of Flight. Thanks for looking! Mike

WTG - Nice variety of finds. I haven't broke the 2 ring hunt barrier yet. I have had only a couple times I found 2 rings, someday I'll get that 3 or better. WTG

I use the Bigfoot coil and use it to hunt large areas like sports fields. It works good in playgrounds in the wood chips, but a smaller coil would be better since you can get much closer to the playground equipment without the detector going into overload. I bought the Mizar Gold Tester on EBAY. I think I paid a little less than $100.00 for it with shipping. Mike
