another cold day (saturday) to start the hunt(40 degrees) would warm up to about 60 degrees. had a shorter than normal hunt of about 4 hours. got a junker toe ring and an interesting wire wrap ring. also got two ear rings, one is .925 silver with a large cz with other halmarks, ch and su. the su is italian sterling or something like that, dont know about the ch? the other stud is a nice one.....14 kt white gold with a bunch of tiny diamonds or birthstones.(they are yellow)also found a pair of oakly sunglasses, anyone know how i might re-condition the lenses they have a dull film on the lenses. i will have to post a pic of my trash from the last four hunts had a nice day, hope everyone else did as well. chuck.

hey great finds!

regarding those sunglasses... I can tell you this: I got a nasty scuff on the shiny frame of a flat-screen tv and after rubbing it with Mother's Plastic polish for 5 minutes it was gone and the super shine was back - barely noticeable, which I was sure its no longer achievable. Just giving you an idea, not sure it will work. People use it on so many things, including motorcycle windshields. Another option would be to take it in at one of those places that sell prescription glasses - they should have the right tools to clean them.

good luck and hh
