Two Questions - Prints and Image Size for Posting

I'm going to have a couple of prints made just to see what prints look like created with a digital camera vs film. The two prints I want processed are 2816x2112 JPG camera pixels at 3.6Mb each. I don't want them blown up at all but would like to get 11x14's made. I believe this is possible without blow-ups? True?

Second question is what is the max file size for posting on this forum. I'm sure I saw it once but I can't seem to find the specs.

420 kb is as large as can be posted here. up to 6 photos. I never print anything so I'm lost in that area...
