Two pinpointers

I am a gadget freak an admission up front. I have the X-1 and the Garrett Pro-Pointer. I use both and sometimes in the same hole. It helps on iffy signals. If I fold the plug back and use the X-1 and get the same nice tone I dig more. Sometimes after I get down farther the good signal disappears with the X-1. I then grab the Pro-Pointer and look with it too. Sometimes the Garrett will sound out and the X-1 won't. Duh!! The Garrett is all metal and the X-1 runs whatever settings you have on the machine it's hooked to. That's just one more indicator if it's a good iffy signal or if it's trash.

Just hit pin pointer on your detector and you are in all metal on your pin pointer too. Tom
