Went to my Sister's so we could hunt two older farm house yards that she and her husband rent the farm ground. The first gave up the dog tax tag (1961) and one wheat. The second gave up the other two wheats and two indians (1906 and 1907). This was my Sister's first time detecting - she used my old Ace250 and I used the ExII. She wasn't very good at pinpointing or digging, so she started marking her targets, and when she got 3 or four marked I would go over and check them out ... I was amazed how many targets sounded good with the Ace put with the ExII I could tell her they were junk - we dug some to show her and I would guess about what type of junk it was, and was right most of the time. Side note, both of these old homes had metal siding put on along time ago, and those scraps were had to tell from pennies ... She had marked one spot where I pulled out a indian at about 4", I swung over the hole and dirt again and got another good hit in the dug dirt and there was another indian that came up in the same hole. I haven't done that before. She kept the two indians since see marked the spot - that's why they aren't in the picture. Thanks for looking -Neil
