Two more views of the ring I found and measurements! ......

Across top of ring is 1-1/2 X l-1/2 Centimeters...One large, clear stone with four prongs (one at each corner underneath) measures 1 X 1 Centimeter. 24-small stones measure 2/10 centimeters each. Top side of band is 7/10 cms at widest width and tapers to 4/10 cms. Ring weighs approx 1/2 oz on postal scale and band has a thickness of 2/10 cms.

Sorry if I'm boring you with any of my posts and, if so, just let me know and I'll do less posting! Since so many have stopped posting it might be because of me, but sure hope not, as I love you all as my friends in Christ! And besides I'm a writer at heart and I can't help myself!:rage:   :)

Sometimes rings & things look so good but are non-precious metals. I dug this nice one a couple weeks ago - thought for sure it was precious - no stamps and it failed the acid test. The center stone is a nice amythest. Steve i nso az

and no I haven't had the ring to the jewelers as yet! I'm ill today and haven't done much, but sure should mow the lawn, shop for groceries and pay the bills I owe! Weather is cooler, but humidity still high and I cannot take much of that!
