Two Keepers From Sunday...

It was hot, the site was picked over, I dug stinkin'-Lincolns down at 8", but I did manage these two keepers and a wheat cent. It was fun to get out again. I went through two sweat bands.

Hey BF .... why you drilling holes in your coins? That one may not grade out as MS .... but duck tape cures about anything. But i do see silver.... not a bad day.

Nice finds, especially in all this heat and humidity. I'm wondering if they drilled a hole in the IH to make it part of a charm bracelet or something. I've seen large cents with holes but rarely other copper coins. HH

I see that a lot as some low areas get filled in.
thus making for some deep clad in spots.
