Two Indians and a Tiny Coin needing to be Identified

banditicey

New member
Went out for a short evening Hunt with Brian at the Giving Park

Lately, the coins have been more difficult to Find

Does anyone know how we can have Silver Grow Back to our favorite spots? If you do we owe you BIG TIME!

Found two Indians 1901 and 1887 and what I am sure is a Tiny Coin, see comparison to the Indian's

Please let me know what you think it is because it appears Wiped but I am sure it is a coin because of weight, etc

Thanks for viewing and looking forward to a Good Guess

Its tough to determine actual size comparison by the pictures, but the corrosion would make me wonder if it isn't a 3-cent nickel. IH pennies are 19mm diameter. 3-cent nickel was a bit smaller at 17.9mm. What ferrous/conductive reading do you get with it? HH Randy

Randy the consensus is that you are RIGHT

I wish it had been in better shape but it has been pointed out that it is another milestone for me:)

First Guess, you hit it out of the Ball Park

Thanks and Regards,

Eva

Very similiar in size to the small copper I found in the same park...

No clue on that coin but may I suggest a 13 ultimate coil for that park,I'm sure there are still deep ones! That coil is awsome

SORRY GUYS

Tiny Coin is a SLUG

For the size it would have to have been Silver
A Friend from the MD Club brought her collection(purchased not found) and we compared
But after intense cleaning and review it was clearly a SLUG

Thanks for the effort

Congrats on the Indians nonetheless!
