Two hours of fun in the shade.

I went to a nearby city to check on a lead for work. I finished up by 2pm. Next to this place was a playground and soccer field. So it was 90+ deg. I had two hours to MD. It was a slummy area. The soccer field hadn't been MD. Hard to believed I know. There were some copper/ brass plates in the field that hit on cent. There were more coins(cents) then I had time to dig and I wimped out. I decided that the abandon school down the street underneath the big shade trees was a better place to MD. I figured everyone MD this place so I went to the less obvious places. I picked up a 1921 and a few other cents angling the coil next to the foundation. I tumbled the coins for an hour. the total.

This button was a heart stopper. Imagine the center filled with dirt. It looked better in the ground.

I don't know what these plate were used for. They look like a scraper and they have the #11 and 9 1/2 on them.
