I went to a well worked park today with the racer , i have hit this site with many detectors & expected to find nothing at all much. I was surprised to be digging every few minutes
Depths were all 6 - 7 inches. The amazing thing is the coins were all from a small area that i have pounded hard with many different machines. Smaller coil worked a treat the 10 x 5.5 really gets between the trash really really good. The speed of the racer is phenominal , it misses very little if anything. The Swan was well down at 10 inches.

You have just experienced what I and so many other have - finding more great targets over a well hunted out area -

Those Turkey's are incredible at doing that - Great machines

Yes they make some excellent detectors. This racer is the dogs dangly bits , The thing is I hit this area hard with an explorer se plus a few other machines and I was pretty sure there was virtually little to find,
I have to be honest and say the racer is a surprisingly great machine for getting coins on the iron loaded and trashy sites. I have to praise the 10 x 5 .5 coil as it's really deep and the target separation is amazing, hot on gold rings and silver rings too. I love the light weight of the detector with the smaller coils , its light as a feather, I think its the speed of recovery with the racer that is its reason for been a real coin magnet.
