Was hired to find a lost engagement ring. I found it in about 15 minutes. They had searched for 2 days with a metal detector. I used a Whites M6. I knew it was going to read low being 14 K white gold. It hit at +6. Full video will be on the tube as soon as my new software gets here. But here is the teaser.....

Sheesk, how come I don't get called out for recovery hunts by girls as cute as that!!?? :poke:

The story of how people try their own detector (rent or borrow one or whatever) and don't ever find it, is very common. When a person picks up a machine for the first time, everything sounds the same, and ........ they just don't know what they are doing.

Congrats.

Nice going , the M6 gets the job done and is a fun detector to use . What coil were you using ? I really like the 5.3 .:thumbup:

True. She said it beeped on everything and she was going crazy trying to find it. I knew I was looking for a target with a VDI under 20. I really figured it would hit around 10 to 14. I was investigating all targets above zero to 30 to just be sure. I was using the 5.3 coil because it was a really small area to hunt. Plus I already had that coil on. I did take the 950 coil just in case it was a larger yard to hunt.

:detecting: Awesome Job - Congrats to you !! :clapping:
