Just came back from two weeks at Cape Cod. Good times for sure. I found my first seated dime and my first large cent. Most of the stuff was pulled from the salt water so lots of corroded IHs and wheatys but I also found 3 barbers ,1 merc ,2 large cents and 2 silver quarters. Good times. :beers:

Oh man .. I miss the Cape. Grew up in Massachusetts myself ...

What year is the Seated dime?

Birdman, that is some great finds. Looks like salt is not as bad on some things as soil here inupstate NY, that just eats everything up, especially if not silver. CO

The seated is 1891. It is in pretty good shape for being in salt water for 100 plus years.

Wow great hunt with some super nice finds! Thanks for sharing!
