[/img] Was using the 6 inch coil at the base of a giant pine . Get a 12.34 says 10 inches dug down 6 inches still in hole dug out 3 more inches still there little more digging and out comes a Indian didn't know what it was till I got home 1867 . So I continue to check around the tree and get a 12.41 at 10 inches dig down 1 inch and hit a 6 inch root dig around the root and under , I'm at 8 inches now 2 more inches and this old copper ring with gold gilt comes out .I know this ring is ancient because it was so deep anyway of finding out how old it is , got some cute girls on it. Indians 1894 1889 1867, dimes 1902 1937 1953 and a 1956 Canadian , 2 no date buffs 1900 v nickel one small silver ring Wheat's 1911 1925 d 1918d and 5 others . One thing I notice today was I would get a high tone 1000hrz in my coin bins when I would hit a 12.20 to 25 which is only 600hrz for that bin , I dug a few of these to see what they were , turn out to be rusted bottle caps must false on the iron but only read 12.20 to 12.25 new one on me . Was cool today had to wear a jacket not a drop of sweat that's a change , hope you got out . sube

Real nice hunt Sube! You are killin' it this summer! How many silver for you so far this summer?

Good work, Sube! You always seem to get quite a combination of finds. I wish I could get on the IHs out here. I know folks around this area find them, but they've evaded me thus far. I'm in places that are old enough to have them, but nada.

Once again sube hats off to you another awesome hunt. Wtg

That's a nice group of coins. Good tree

Some deep stuff!

Nice day's work Sube - great collection of oldies - I hope to get out with my brother today and scratch up a few.

Great hunt...again!!! You are killin the fairgrounds. I got an old one I am trying to get permission to hunt. Here's hoping!

Congrats on another great hunt. Thanks for the tip on comparing the audio pitch to the TID (for the rusty bottle caps). Your understanding of the CTX 3030 functionality (and flexibility) is impressive. Nicely done. HH Randy
