Two day hunt at a "hunted out" Civil War camp

Hi, all:

Using my F 75 to go through a heavily hunted Winter cavalry camp. Running at 99 Sens, 0 disc. 2F tones, JE mode. Runs very quiet with GB at 65. Very impressed with this machine. The signals are mostly deep and iffy. Depth of finds are between five and nine inches. Ground is very dry right now as we haven't had rain in nearly three weeks.

If it is not too trashy try hunting in the All-Metal mode and you will see that you will come out with alot more relics.

I've compared signals in both All Metal and Discriminate and both are giving iffy signals. The all metal gives a very inconsistant VDI number. I'm finding it easier to locate and ID signals in the disdrimination mode. Parts of the camp are very trashy. The ground is extremely dry right now. That may be part of the iffy siganl problems.

Here in Alabama IF the ground is wet the F75 works great in the dis. mode. but when the ground is dry like it has been most of the year I have better luck in the All-Metal mode. I like the Dis. mode the best as I can cover ground alot faster and can get good depth too. The F75 is hard to beat as a relic machine
