It was just a great day to be out. The water was cold, the wind was cold, but spirits were high. My buddy Scott and I decided to try one more try with our Infiniums before the temperatures plumage and the snow begins. The leaves have all fallen off the trees, a sure sign of things to come......

My finds after about 6 hours in the water. The gold gods were generous and slid a gold ring under my coil during the hunt. A couple more rings also showed up.....perhaps silver, but not really sure as there were no stamps. A ring is a ring is a ring is a ring.......so it doesn't really matter.

Lots of yawning on the way home. The heater in the car nearly put us to sleep. It was a quiet drive home. When my wife saw the new found rings, she predictably reached for the gold. :)

Another great hunt! Life is good..........

Nice rings John. Sorry to hear that snow is on the way.

You do a pretty good job on those rings John. I sure am glad the weather doesn't preclude me from hunting at any point though the year.

Mick Evans.[/quote]I hear you Mick. Except for a little rain, we don't get snow or frozen ground here. I don't like snow. I'm a warm weather person. Here is a years weather chart for the area I live in.

That's what I call good weather. Where I live; in the winter, it may drop to -3, with a max of 11 degrees Celsius on a cold day, with a mid summer temps of 22 lows to 35 degrees max. The for-cast for this summer though, is for hotter than normal, so we may get quite a number of days where the max will hit 45 degrees Celsius. I hope that that want hurt the Ace, cause I'll be out there hunting still. I'll just have to swing a bit faster so that the Ace can act as a fan.
