We've sold quite a few of the TM808 .... usually heading to Mexico, south America, or the Phillipines.
The TM808 has adjustable sensitivity / ground balance, etc and can find a man hole cover 10 to 12 feet deep. They are good for locating large stuff deep and poor on small stuff shallow.
Problem is when using one you need a lot of time and energy or own a back hoe to dig your target.

many thanks to Ed SW Fla for info on 808 twin box.one more question please Ed,,will it read a quart jar at 16 inches to 24 inches..thanks.. ellis hendrix.... buy $500 worth of quarters from the bank. Keeping them in the original box, ... inside a couple plastic bags, bury them that depth and deeper ... then practice finding them.
When you are finished with the test, take the quarters back to the bank for a cash refund.
If you want to practice finding gold coins, fill a quart jar full of pull tabs / half pull tabs.
