Hello...I found some sort of antique snake decorative item at the beach in Livorno (in Tuscany, Italy). It is elaborate, with diamond eyes (about 1/3 carat each), 12 small diamonds of a head marking, and many dark stones (perhaps sapphires). I understand there are several estruscan shipwrecks in the area. Does anyone have any idea how I can figure out what this is? I don't know what material it is on, but perhaps silver or white gold. It has somewhat of a mosaic look to it, in that it is separated into several sections. Thanks!
