Turn the light on please !

I was out last night, one of those ideal one where everything falls into place for a stellar hunt.
Dusk and the faded VDI numbers I eventually couldn't see any more.
Now if I could have turned on the light in the MXT that would have been the icing on the cake !
Hopefully the next upgraded that they do on this great detector will have this simple feature..

A lot of people have asked for this option. Whites listens we'll see when the next upgrade comes out. Rob

So true Rob. I've heard many ask about the back-light. HH to all, Nancy

There is a "How To Do" at the Whites forums in the Miscellaneus sub-index.

Have a Great Day.

I was at Auto ZOne and saw these tiny flash lights the size
of your big thumb. It has three LED light bulbs in them and takes
penlight batteries. They wanted
$2.95 for it. I saw them at The Dollar Tree for $1.00. I think I'll
pick one of them up and test it out in an early morening hunt,
before the birds get up. It seems just bright enough to see
the LCD and the hole your probing but not big enough
that the light will attract any attention.

I had the opportunity to visit with a White's rep a few weeks back...This very subject came up in our conversation. He informed me that White's new MXT would have a back light....Pretty cool huh!?!
